American Crafts Amy Tangerine Traveler's Notebook Spread

Have you documented your creative adventures? I made a TN with photos and stories from my creative adventures over the last year. It has been fun, and a positive encouragement to see my creative endeavors and adventures all in one place!

The Amy Tangerine Foam Thickers form the title for this adventure page. I punched circles out of the 6x6 Sunshine and Good Times Paper Pad for the right side this traveler's notebook spread.

At an angle, you can see the dimension created by the foam title, and the US map sticker came from the Amy Tangerine Sticker Book and some of her previous sticker sheets for the plane and geotag stickers.

I used a white gel pen to draw on the stitching lines on the punched circles, and the plane trail. Washi tape from the new Sunshine and Good Times line divides the two pages and carries the colors over with smaller scale circles.

30 Days Of Thankful Traveler's Notebook Style

Hello crafty friends! I am excited to embark on my first ever 30 Days Of Thankful album using supplies from the Cathy Zielske Design Mini Class in my

I set up my Felicity Jane Note To Self Traveler's Notebook for Fall, and it seems so cozy and warm! I used the FJ October kit in conjunction with the printables from Cathy Zielske's Mini Class that are sized for a standard TN.

I pre-made this page for November 1st, so it would be all ready to go, and all I had to do was slap on the printed journaling spot from CZDesign. Easy peasy! Supplies on this page are from the November Citrus Twist Kits Scrapbook Main Kit.

Journaling spot in place

Day 2: on the left page with a spot for Day 3 on the right-hand side. Printing out all the supplies from the CZDesign class meant I could just grab a journaling spot and write on it and slap it on. Making it easy people:) ( In my head that is said in Cathy Zielske's voice, love it!)

The You-tube video above gives you a walk trough of my current Fall Set-up and a closer look at the stellar quality of the Felicity Jane TN!

Thank you for visiting today!

Close up bottom left to show the layering of the camera stamp and punched stars.

Love this "Slim Jim" alphabet from Kellie Stamps for the title!

Close up of the Instax photo and journaling. A simple couple of pages using just a few items!

I have literally loved this class from Little Paper Projects!! #LittleSummerJOY has really made me take a look at and savor the moments that are special to summer! We have enjoyed this summer and traveled and seized the day! More so than any other year I think due to the lessons in this class!

#LittleSummerJOY Lesson 4: Day In Your Life

I can't even tell you how much this project means to me,
to be able to record in a traveler's notebook all the #LittleSummerJoy2016!!!!

I am LOVING it!!!
The outside pages for Lesson 4: Double fold out (both sides open) also called a tip-in for all you pro Traveler's Notebook/Planner fans! Supplies: Kellie Stamps(Slim Jim Alphabet), Clique Kits July 2016 Kit, Tsukineko Memento Marker (for Brush Script), Ali Edwards Time Stamp, Studio Calico (asterisk puffy stickers), Midori Traveler's Notebook Insert #2 (grid)

Inside pages both folded out: Stamps: Kellie Stamps , and Kelly Purkey,  Clique Kits July Kit

Close up inside left page: Tag pocket from Michael's Recollections. Placed the tags with three more photos in the pocket, close ups below...

 tag fronts...

tag backs

Used the marker again to hand letter the brush script title. Then Sharpie marker for the subtitle and journaling here. Took three photos from my Grand Canyon shots and printed all three at 3x4 so they would fit inside this fold out. We had over a 180* degree view of the South Rim here!

Bottom right inside pages: kept the embellishments close to the photos since I had a total of two Instax, three 3x4, and three photos in the tag pocket, so eight photos inside this fold out! yay!

Thank you so much for joining me here today!
Hugs,
Leigh

Kellie Stamps July 2016 Release

Hello friends!
Time for another new Kellie Stamps Release!

This month, the stamps are perfect for all your indoor and outdoor adventures!

Supplies: Kellie Stamps new for July 2016, "Outdoorsy" and "Therapy", all other supplies from Studio Calico

The diamond shape is from the "Outdoorsy" set, which comes blank and I added the text (color matched to the coral color in the photo in Photoshop). Then added the stars from the "Therapy" set, and they come in a row of five, so I simply repeated the rows in the Layers Panel, in Photoshop. The stars on the photo are the same stars used on the background, just reduced in size and filled in with the same coral color.

You can totally accomplish this with the physical clear stamps from Kellie Stamps as well, if Photoshop isn't your thing!

I do  love the hybrid aspect of the digital stamps, being able to design a Travelers Notebook page and print it out at home with the background all "stamped" is perfect for me!

Applied washi tape at the same angle as the stars, on both pages, then added some fun embellishments and paper from several different Studio Calico Kits (Aug. 2015 Pop Art, and June 2016 Scout) . Printed out journaling in a text box and stitched around before adhering to the page.

Close up: LOVE tying the background to the top layers by repeating the stars! Simple to do with the Kellie Stamps sets!

Thanks for joining me today!
